Orders & payment
Payment is cash on delivery — you pay when your order arrives. No payment is taken online.

Delivery
We deliver across Lebanon for a flat fee, shown at checkout.

Returns & exchanges
If a piece arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll put it right. For hygiene reasons, earrings can't be returned once worn.

Privacy
We use your details only to process and deliver your order. We never sell or share them.
